Reid Brignac belted a walk off solo homerun in the ninth inning to push the Biscuits to an 8-7 win over the Braves. While he didn’t bring home the winning run, Gabriel Martinez also had a productive day at the plate. He went two for four with a double, two RBIs and two runs.
Dale Thayer improved to 8-0 on the season despite giving up the tying run in the top of the ninth inning. He gave up a run on two hits in his one inning of work in the ninth.
John Jaso scored on Patrick Breen’s RBI sac. fly in the bottom of the ninth to win it for the Bulls. Reid Brignac finished the game with two hits and two RBIs while Brooks Badeaux went one for three with a walk, a triple and two runs scored in the 4-3 win.
Dale Thayer improved to 5-0 with the win. He got the final two Mobile batters out.
The Biscuits were down 3-0 heading into the eighth but the Biscuits scored two runs in the eighth and then two in the ninth to win it. Jason Pridie singled home the winning run. Reid Brignac drove in two runs and Pridie finished with two hits and he scored a run.
Dale Thayer picked up the win and he improved to 4-0 on the season. He gave up a hit and he struck out two in a shutout ninth.
Matthew Spring hit a grand slam that helped pushed the Biscuits to 7-6 win over Mississippi. They’d still need twelve innings though and it was an RBI single by Jason Pridie that won it for the Biscuits.
Dale Thayer picked up the win and he improved to 3-0 on the season. He gave up two hits and a walk with one strikeout.
The Biscuits won 7-6 over Huntsville and Evan Longoria led the way with a two for three game. He homered and drove in three runs while Reid Brignac finished with three hits, two RBIs and a run.
Chris Seddon had a tough start and while he pitched five, he didn’t get the decision. He gave up five runs on five hits and one walk with four strikeouts. Brett Wayne struck out five and gave up one run 2 2/3 inning to pick up the win and Dale Thayer struck out three of the four batters he faced to pick up his fourth save.
Brooks Badeaux was very effective at the plate in the Biscuits 6-4 win over the Barons. He went three for four with a double, two RBIs and a run. Evan Longoria doubled and drove in two runs while Jason Pridie had two hits and two runs.
Dale Thayer took the win despite blowing the lead with a run in the eighth. James Houser was solid in his start and he gave up two runs on four hits with four strikeouts in six innings.
