The Biscuits dropped the Jaxx 11-8 and Evan Longoria had another nice game. He went two for five with a homerun and he drove in four runs. Jason Pridie also got it done at the plate and he went three for six with two triples, two RBIs and two runs.
Derek Feldkamp was hit hard in his start. He gave up six runs in just 2 1/3 innings. Brian Henderson picked up the win in what was a “right place, right time” because he needed to get just two batters out to improve to 1-1.
The Biscuits could only put two runs on the board in their 3-2 loss to the Suns. Fernando Perez was the hitting star and he went two for four with a double and he drove in one of the runs.
Derek Feldkamp took the loss and he dropped to 0-3 on the season. He gave up three runs on five hits and two walks with three strikeouts.
Derek Feldkamp had a solid start wasted as the Biscuits scored just one run an in eleven loss to Huntsville. He gave up a single run on five hits and a walk with five strikeouts in five innings. Brian Henderson took the loss when he gave up a solo homerun in the eleventh.
Chris Nowak drove in the only run of the game. Evan Longoria singled twice and Brooks Badeaux went two for five with a triple and he scored the only run in the 2-1 loss.
Montgomery got a very limited supply of offense today in their 5-1 loss to the Lookouts. The lone run came in the second when Gabriel Martinez doubled home Evan Longoria.
Derek Feldkamp was roughed up in his start and he took the loss. He gave up five runs (three earned) on nine hits with two strikeouts in 5 2/3 innings.
Reid Brignac led an eight run, fourteen hit attack as the Biscuits beat West Tennesse. The shortstop went two for four with a homerun, three RBIs and two runs. Evan Longoria had another solid game as well. He went three for four with a double, a run and an RBI.
Derek Feldkamp lasted just four innings but he struck out seven in his start. Nick Debarr gave up a run but he struck out four in 1 1/3 and he ended up with the win.
