Hudson Valley took care of Staten Island 2-1 in a five inning, rain shortened game.  Doug Waechter picked up the win and he threw all five innings.  He gave up one unearned run on four hits with two strikeouts.

Shawn Williams went two for two with a double and a run.  Emeel Salem singled and he drove in both Renegades runs.

Alexander Cobb picked up his first win of the season in a nice start in the Renegades 5-1 win over the Cyclones.  He gave up just one run on three hits and two walks with six strikeouts in six innings.

Stephen Vogt singled, drove in two and scored a run in the win.  Ian Paxton went two for four with a double and a run.

Jason Ragan put together a nice start in Hudson Valley’s 8-3 win over Aberdeen.  He gave up just four hits and he struck out six in six shutout innings.

Michael McCormick singled twice, drove in one and scored two.  Both Gregory Sexton and Henry Wrigley singled twice, scored one and drove in two.
