The Biscuits had a tough time at the plate in their 7-2 loss to Mississippi. Josh Asanovich was the only hitter with two hits and Fernando Perez drove in one of the runs with a solo homerun.
Jonathan Barratt fell to 1-6 on the season in the loss. He gave up three runs (two earned) on two hits and five walks with one strikeout in five innings.
Christopher Mason improved to 10-3 on the season with an incredible start in the Biscuit 7-0 win over Mississippi. He gave up just three hits and a walk with six strikeouts in a complete game shutout.
Evan Longoria got it done at the plate for the Biscuits. He went three for four with a double, three RBIs and two runs. Brook Badeaux went two for four with a walk and three runs.
John Jaso scored on Patrick Breen’s RBI sac. fly in the bottom of the ninth to win it for the Bulls. Reid Brignac finished the game with two hits and two RBIs while Brooks Badeaux went one for three with a walk, a triple and two runs scored in the 4-3 win.
Dale Thayer improved to 5-0 with the win. He got the final two Mobile batters out.
The Biscuits lost to the Suns 5-4 and and it was Brian Henderson who took the loss. He gave up two runs in his two relief innings and he fell to 3-3 on the season. This was after a mediocre start by James Houser, who gave up three runs in 4 2/3 innings.
John Jaso hit a two run homer to provide a lot of the Biscuits offense. Brooks Badeaux went two for four with a double and a run.
The Biscuits lost to the Suns 8-2 and Mike Prochaska had a mixed start. He struck out seven in seven innings but he also gave up five runs (three earned) on six hits and he fell to 2-7 on the season.
Evan Longoria was the hitting star in the loss. He went two for four and he hit a solo homerun.
Biscuit hitters had a tough day at the plate in their 7-1 loss to the Suns. Reid Brignac seemed to be the only hitter to show up. He went two for three with two triples and a run.

The Biscuits were held in check at the plate in their 3-2 loss to Mobile. No hitter had more then one hit and Reid Brignac went one for four with a triple and a run.
Brian Henderson took the loss. It was hit baserunner that scored in the ninth that turned out to be the deciding run. He had a hard time finding the plate and he walked three in his 2/3 of an inning.
Reid Brignac led the way for the Biscuits at the plate in their 5-3 win over Mobile. He went three for four with a solo homerun. Fernando Perez went two for four with a solo homerun and two runs scored.
Jeremy Flanagan picked up the win. He threw 1 1/3 shutout innings and the win pushes his record to 4-2 on the season.
While he didn’t pick up the win, Jonathan Barratt threw a great game to keep the Biscuits in the game. He gave up one run on three hits and four walks with seven strikeouts in six innings. Brian Henderson picked up the win with 1 2/3 innings of shutout relief.
Evan Longoria hit a solo homerun in the win. Chris Nowak singled and drove in two runs.
Chris Nowak hit a walk off solo homer in the bottom of the tenth inning as the Biscuits topped Carolina 4-3. Nowak finished the game three for five and the solo homerun was his second RBI of the game.
Brian Henderson picked up the win by getting the final two batters out in the tenth. James Houser was solid in his start and he gave up two runs on five hits and one walk with seven strikeouts in six innings.
Christopher Mason improved to an impressive 8-1 record with another nice start for the Biscuits in their 4-2 in over Carolina. He gave up one run on six hits and three walks with five strikeouts in six innings of work.
Reid Brignac hit a two run homer in the win. Gabriel Martinez went two for four with a two run homer and Fernando Perez went three for four with a run.
The Biscuits were down 3-0 heading into the eighth but the Biscuits scored two runs in the eighth and then two in the ninth to win it. Jason Pridie singled home the winning run. Reid Brignac drove in two runs and Pridie finished with two hits and he scored a run.
Dale Thayer picked up the win and he improved to 4-0 on the season. He gave up a hit and he struck out two in a shutout ninth.
Mike Prochaska dropped to 1-5 on the season with a tough start in the Biscuits 4-2 loss to Huntsville. He gave up four runs (three earned) on seven hits and four walks with three strikeouts in 5 1/3 innings.
John Jaso was the only Biscuit with two hits. Shaun Cumberland hit a solo homerun.
